“Put us in your will, and we’ll pray you live forever,” is the tagline that Alice Lloyd College used to use on its planned giving materials. At our 3/31/2011 press conference CultureWorks announced that we are now providing free will-based estate planning for persons over 50 who believe in the enduring value of arts and culture and who agree to CONSIDER putting The Community Foundation’s Arts and Cultural Endowment in their estate plans.

Participants get their own in-person attorneys, and everything is confidential. Our partner in this initiative is the law firm of Carrell Blanton Garrett & Van Horn. Attorney Eldridge Blanton, with whom I’ve worked on other beneficial projects through the years, was at the press conference to confirm Carrell Blanton’s partnership.
