I am SO glad I was able to attend SPARC’s 30th Anniversary Gala on 6/25/2011 at Richmond CenterStage.

Most organizations celebrate their special birthdays, and SPARC should write the textbook on how to do it best. Performances by little kids, big kids, adults, and all ages of SPARC alumni were complemented by just-the-right-length testimonials and remembrances. This was one of those events that kept you simultaneously on the edge of tears and laughter and exaltation.

Here’s to 30 more great SPARC years!
