B.J. Kocen in drag singing Liza? Stephen Ryan as a sock hand puppet?  Throw in the multi-rolled Kimberly Jones Clark, what-was-she-thinking direction by Donna Coghill, “by-the-book” set design by Todd Schall-Vess, unbridled playwriting by Amy Berlin and Ann Bucci, and a pull-out-the-stops jaw-dropping star performance by Kristen Swanson, and you’ve got what I attended on 8/2/2011: the world premiere of “All’s Well that Ends with Monique” at Richmond Triangle Players.

This is one of those raised-eyebrows, are-you-kidding-me, you-had-to-be-there productions. Triangle doesn’t disappoint.

Thanks for coming to see "Monique"! We always try to do the unexpected, and are extremely proud of Amy, Ann, Donna and Kristen for shepherding this project for all these years. What ho!
