Currington at Carpenter

22 May 2017

Friday night’s Billy Currington concert with special guest Seth Ennis was one for the books!

IMG_1153Not your average country music venue but the Carpenter Theatre at the Dominion Arts Center held up to the job!

Lots of boots and hats in the audience. I knew the words to almost every song. Hits like “Let Me Down Easy”, “Pretty Good At Drinkin’ Beer”, “Drinkin’ Town With a Football Problem”, “It Don’t Hurt Like It Used Too”, “Do I Make You Wanna” and of course “People Are Crazy”.

I ran into people from my home town of New Kent who had traveled to the city for the show as well as some fans from Lynchburg and Virginia Beach. Everyone seemed to be having a great time listening to great country music!

Carry on Billy and Seth – see ya next time!
